1. Service Provider

2. Service Description

Tholus Dome is a booking platform for immersive experiences inside geodesic domes. Purchasing a ticket or gift card constitutes a contract between the user and the usual neXt S.r.l.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Payment is made exclusively online via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
• The booking is confirmed only after receiving the confirmation email with QR code.
• All prices include VAT.
• Capacity is limited. A booking does not guarantee access in case of force majeure.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the event: full refund.
• Cancellation within 24 hours: no refund, unless the event is cancelled by us.
• If Tholus Dome cancels the event: full refund within 5 business days.
• Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.

5. User Conduct

Respectful behaviour towards other participants and staff is required inside the domes. Tholus Dome reserves the right to remove without refund anyone who disrupts the experience of others.

The following are prohibited inside the dome: unauthorised food and drinks, animals (except guide dogs), dangerous objects.

6. Weather Conditions and Force Majeure

The domes are covered structures and operate in any ordinary weather conditions. In case of exceptional weather (wind above 80 km/h, heavy snow, red weather alert), Tholus Dome may suspend activity, offering rescheduling or a full refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content (texts, images, logos, software, immersive shows) is owned by the usual neXt S.r.l. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tholus Dome is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Pescara, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
