2. Data processed
We process the data required to provide the website and requested services: technical and security data, and account, booking, payment and contact data supplied by the user.
3. Self-hosted analytics, only with consent
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Rybbit, installed on our European infrastructure. We collect the page and title viewed, referrer, outbound links, device type, browser, operating system, screen size, Web Vitals performance, scroll depth and engagement time. The IP address may be processed briefly to derive an approximate location, but it is not stored in the analytics database.
Session replay is enabled for 10% of visits to identify friction and abandonment. Forms and input fields are excluded or masked: we do not record what you type. Rybbit is not loaded before consent and is not used for personalised advertising.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Service delivery (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): accounts, bookings and requests.
- Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): tax and accounting requirements.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): security, abuse prevention and defence of legal rights.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): analytics and, if enabled, marketing and newsletters.
5. Retention
Accounting and booking data is kept for the period required by law; account data until deletion. Analytics events are retained for up to 24 months and session replays for up to 14 days. Your privacy choice expires after 180 days.
6. Providers
- Hetzner Online GmbH: EU hosting and Rybbit infrastructure.
- Stripe Inc.: payments.
- Mailgun / Resend: transactional email, when configured.
We do not sell personal data. Any provider transfers outside the EEA are governed by safeguards recognised under the GDPR.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct or erase your data, restrict processing, object, request portability and withdraw consent at any time through “Privacy preferences” in the footer, without affecting earlier processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact [email protected].
